Music Network’s Music Capital Scheme has opened for applications. The scheme is designed to provide support for the purchase of musical instruments and respond to a broad range of capital needs within the music sector in Ireland. Both non-professional performing groups and individual professional performing musicians from any musical genre who need to purchase instruments are invited to apply.

To assist individual musicians and groups in their application we will be holding an online information session in partnership with Music Network. The deadline for applications is 2pm, Tuesday 13th October 2020. The workshop will be a great opportunity to clarify any questions you may have in relation to making an application as an individual or as a group. The workshop will be facilitated by Sarah Cunningham from Music Network.

Applications are invited from a wide range of non-professional performing groups, including but not limited to orchestras, marching/concert/pipe bands, Irish traditional, popular, contemporary, jazz, choral and samba groups.

Music Capital Scheme 2020 Award 2

Applications are invited from individual musicians performing at professional level to assist with the purchase of instruments across genres including, but not limited to Irish traditional, classical, jazz/improvised, electro-acoustic, blues, Americana and early music.
