This interactive workshop is designed to support you to develop a clear roadmap and timeline for delivery of key goals to grow your practice in a sustainable manner. The workshop will support you to set out your stall for the year with clarity and monitor your progress to stay on track with the development of your practice.
A central goal of this workshop is to challenge thinking on how we show up in both our personal and professional roles and to offer practical, incremental adjustments to support you to realign any imbalances. Through engaging and thought-provoking exercises you will explore ways to organise, prioritise and manage competing priorities and make informed decisions about work/ life management; all with a view to finding a healthy work/life balance.
