Creative Places Tuam Artist Bursary

Creative Places Tuam Artist Bursary: Deadline, Wednesday 3rd June

Creative Places Tuam is seeking applications from artists connected to the Tuam area whose collaborative socially engaged practice has been disrupted due to the COVID 19 restrictions. The Creative Places Tuam Artist Bursary is open to all artforms. It is specifically aimed at an artist who has a track record of working collaboratively with communities of place or interest. The bursary will provide the selected artist with time and resources to carry out research and to reflect on their practice. More particularly, the bursary allows the artist to consider key questions associated with their practice using collaborative methodologies. We aim to offer the artist: 3 awards of €3,000 each to support the creation of methodologies of practice, reflective ways of thinking and creative means of communication with communities. We envision the duration of this bursary to be between 3 and 6 months.
